The patient is a 35 year old woman with a tubular breast deformity on the right and a pectus excavatum. She had breast asymmetry and wished to be more even. I performed a bilateral breast augmentation with a circumareolar mastopexy. She had textured implants placed above the muscle. The right sided implant was 240cc and the left sided implant was 170cc.
